THE PROCESS
1. Set an appointment to meet with us (in person or zoom) so we can go over questions, see our current builds, and go over floor plans.
2. If you decide to proceed with building your container home we require a 50% down payment or retainer, in which we would immediately start the building process. Financing Available.
3. You will be able to track the progress and make suggestions along the way ( we want your container to be exactly what you wanted)
4. When completed (build time can vary from 5-8 weeks) we will collect final payment and ship to your property. (SHIPPING is an additional charge). The first 100 miles are free!
